    Tree Hut Shea Sugar Scrub

    Only scrub I've ever repurchased

I can understand why some people would think this scrub is too harsh, but I need a scrub that I can feel working. This is it! It's inexpensive, natural, easy to come by (I've always been able to find the Coconut Lime at Walmart), and smells wonderful. When I use this scrub regularly, my skin is much softer and I don't have any ingrown hairs, even around my bikini line. I'll use this until it stops being made.

    Giovanni Frizz Be Gone

    Foolproof hair

This is great! I originally bought it just to seal off split ends as well as possible. Luckily, I finally tried it on all my hair. If I work just a dime size amount throughout my hair and blowdry with a brush, I get completely smooth hair (no flat iron needed). Even though I have naturally wavy, thick hair, the smoothness lasts through the second day.

  • Kiss My Face 4-in-1 Moisture Shave

I was wary of the price, but the outstanding reviews convinced me to try this. Love it. Never going back. It takes so little to cover your legs so one bottle lasts a long time. It's a completely different texture than I was used to, a cream that sort of lathers up when you work it over skin. But somehow that lather is moisturizing. The cream is a nice change since it rinses off easily and doesn't clog razors. I've only used the Cool Mint version, which smells delicious and is very refreshing. Give it a try.

    Garnier HerbaShine Color Creme

93 Light Golden Blonde (Honey Butter)

This was the first at-home hair color I ever tried. I got lucky! I ended up with a gorgeous blonde color, not quite as light as the box shows. My hair is naturally a medium to dark blonde. Later touch-ups to deal with roots were easy to execute and always ended with matching color. Best of all, it didn't wreck my hair!

  • Dior Diorshow Mascara

    Dior Diorshow Mascara

    There's hype for a reason

Diorshow does things for your lashes no other mascara can. It makes lashes look absolutely huge, and I admit that I always want my lashes bigger, bigger, bigger! This mascara actually satisfies my big lash lust. It's unusual in that it's scented, so those with sensitive eyes might have problems. That said, I've had no reaction to the product and don't find the scent unpleasant. It must dissipate quickly, because I only notice while I'm applying.

    Benefit Georgia

    Great for fair skin

I have incredibly fair skin, and this peachy blush/luminizer/powder/whatever it technically is works perfectly. I blend it all over my cheeks and it just seems to liven up my skin. No, it is not going to deposit a significant amount of color on you, but it does improve your complexion. A little expensive, but you get a fair amount for the price.

  • Burt's Bees Vitamin E Body and Bath Oil

This oil can be used in a bath, straight onto skin, or mixed in with other lotion. No matter what, you get very hydrated and yummy smelling skin (I don't think it smells anything like household cleaner). I especially like rubbing it onto legs right after shaving. They are so smooth!

  • Nivea A Kiss of Moisture Hydrating Lip Care SPF 4

I was a devoted Burt's Bees user for years, but following an unexplained reaction to the BB I switched to this on a whim. I love it! It hydrates well but I don't feel like my lips have gotten "addicted" to this as they have with other products. I have no idea how to describe the flavor, but it is subtle and inoffensive. Have already repurchased and I will continue to do so.

  • St. Ives Renewing Collagen Elastin Lotion

I wish I like this lotion more. It is certainly hydrating, absorbs well, and is expensive. The smell just turns me off. It's too sweet smelling for me, and something about it strikes me as synthetic. Even though the smell doesn't linger much on skin, I found it irritating while applying. If the smell doesn't bother you, it's probably a worthwhile purchase.
