Organic Apoteke Active Face Hydrating Gel

My whole face burned and turned red.

I don't know if it is a normal reaction... After use active face hydrating gel my face immediately turns red and feels painfully burned. On the bottle it says "gentle" anti-bacterial actions. For me it wasn't a gentle feeling! Is it refundable?
