I am a newbie at fragrances, but I smelled this in a magazine and loved it. I got a sample and I would constantly smell myself. It is a heavy fragrance suitable more for fall/winter. My friends thought it was a little to mature for me, but I might give it another try.

Wet n Wild H20 Proof Felt-Tip Liquid Eyeliner

Cheap but decent... can you ask for more?

As a teen, I cringe to pay more than $10 for anything beauty related. So Wet 'n wild is my love, because all of their products are inexpensive and easily obtained at walmart or walgreen's. This eyeliner is truly waterproof; I have trouble getting it off with my makeup remover, which i didn't like. But it lasts and have a great color. It defines my eyes but doesn't look heavy next to my pale skin and dark brown eyes. Very easy to apply to, which is a plus for a newbie to eyeliner like me. Defineatly worth a try.

Joppa Minerals Full Coverage Foundation

Excellent Mineral Foundation

I tried this in Fairly Light and Light, being a porcelein skinned gal, and both worked. This foundation covered well (I tried Full Coverage) and I really liked the effect. It didn't fix all my skin woes (clogged pores, blemishes), but I bet in time it would. Plus, it's not that expensive. Oh, and I have an oily T-zone. I will buy again.

L'Oreal Paris True Match Super Blendable Powder

Decent Drugstore Powder

I bought this powder when it was still in the round containers, so I assume L'oreal has reformulated it and made it even better. I was impressed with the choice of shades in Cool, Warm, and Neutral, and I was able to find a shade that matched my porcelein skin very well. I use this powder to set my foundation, and I threw away the poof, but I am now thinking it might work better with the poof than a brush. Nice powder for a drugstore price.

Maybelline New York Pure Makeup

Excellent for people needing light coverage

I really like this foundation. I like that it is oil-free and supposedly won't clog my pores. I like that it dries to a matte finish. I wish it had a little more coverage, but a slightly natural look is ok with me. I found a good color match, so no complaints about that. This foundation has a pretty small price tag, too. Not a perfect foundation, but if you want something convenient and inexpensive, this might work.

Max Factor Volume Couture Mascara

Nice Mascara

I got this mascara in Soft Black and another one free with a coupon, so the price was very reasonable. The fancy plastic brush was neat, but I didn't think it made a huge difference. This mascara makes my non-existent eyelashes look long and full. It is not perfectly clump-free, but is decent for the brand and price. I would definately by this again.
