Maybelline New York Fit Me! Foundation

I like this light coverage for my dry skin.

This is really light, but I like it. It's kind of a cross between tinted moisturizer and foundation. I like that it fills in my pores and covers any redness. For me it seems to last all day and the shade I chose does fit me well. I also really love that it has sunscreen in it. I would recommend this. I have skin that tends to be more on the dry side and it moisturizes it. The only drawback is that you should finish it with powder, so that it stays longer and if you want an more matte look.

Paris Hilton Siren Eau de Parfum Spray

Interesting parfum

I actually kind of liked this when I tried it on at the store. It is sweet smelling, but not super sweet. I can totally see where she got the name Siren, it has a smell that for some reason reminds me of the ocean. Not sure what those notes are, but they are kind of cool. I usually like parfums that are more like "Coco Madamoiselle" so this isn't really something I would buy for myself, but I liked it.

Revlon ColorStay Brow Enhancer

Nice pencil, did not like highlighter.

I like the color (I bought the darkest, it comes in light medium and dark). I when I have tried other eyebrow pencils, they have had a reddish tint, which I did not like considering I don't have any red in my hair. The consistency of the pencil is nice. It is wax but it is not too hard or too melty. I found that I was able to fill in my brows and get the shape that I want. The other good thing about the wax is that it holds the hairs in place all day. The highlighter on the end is a nice color. What I didn't like: I wish the pencil had a sharpener instead of the highlighter on the end. Because of the thickness, it took me a while to get in there between my eyebrow hairs and get the color on. I also really did not like the highlighter. It went on too thick and it also highlighted any tiny clear unplucked hairs I had. I don't want those standing out. It made me look like I had dry skin under my eyebrows. Overall I really like the pencil and will continue to use it, I just probably won't use the highlighter.

John Frieda Full Repair Full Body Conditioner

This conditioner works wonderfully. It made my hair soft, but also added volume. It looks shinier. The other cool thing about this is that you can use it as a leave in conditioner if you need more repair or just rinse it out right away. Only $5. Awesome product. Nice perfumed scent. Not fruity at all.

John Frieda Hydrate + Nourish Shampoo for Dry Scalp & Breakage-Prone Hair

Works Great!!

This has a minty scent. It gave my scalp a tingly feeling. I don't know if it is suppose to be for dandruff or not, but it seemed to clear that up. It made my hair feel really clean, lifted it at the root and did not dry it out. The only fault it has is that it is thick and I seemed to need a lot of it to cover all of my hair. It was also only $5, so pretty nice :)

L'Oreal Paris Double Extend Mascara

Clumps

This made my lashes long and a bit thicker. The problem is that it seemed to make the lashes clump together, so sometimes I would have like 5 really long and think lashes, but not much else. Kinda gross. I would like something that fans my lashes out more and makes them more voulumous. If you are looking only for length though, this is probably a good choice, not the best choice for me since I already have long lashes.

Bath & Body Works Liplicious Lip Gloss - Sheer

Nice but have to reapply often

This lip gloss tastes yummy and looks good. It's a nice consistency. The only problem is that I have to reapply it just about every hour. I didn't buy it but I'm sure that since it is Bath and Body Works it's a bit pricey.

Maybelline New York Define-A-Brow Eyebrow Pencil

I hate this eyebrow pencil

This pencil comes with a sharpener built into the end along with a smudger. I have the dark brown. First of all, it is hard to sharpen. It breaks easily. Second, even when it is sharpened I find that the color is too bold and thick. I pretty much have to put a few little marks throughout my brows and then smudge it like crazy so it looks somewhat natural. I also don't like the color. It seems to have a reddish tint to it that does not match my hair color at all. I have used the MAC dark brown eyebrow pencil before and I like that much better. You can make fine lines for a much more natural look. I pretty much hate using this and will be purchasing a different eyebrow pencil soon.

MAC Eye Pencil

Good, but smudges.

Maybe it's because I lost this for a good couple of months and then recently found it, so it is a bit old, but it seems to smudge a lot. Especially in the hot weather. I am a teacher and I looked at my self in the mirror after teaching and realized I had big black strikes under my eyes the whole time. Other then that, it does go on smooth. The consistently is really easy to work with. The color is really awesome (I have the black). It doesn't have the sparkles in it that I don't want. It's pure black and matte.
