    Clinique High Impact Mascara

    Decent but not for me!

I really liked it at first. It give fuller lash and a little length. No thing dramatic, just a good, natural looking lash for everyday use. It doesn't hold the curl really well. But the main problem is: it smudge on me after a few hours of use. And I don't have too oily lids to begin with. Maybe a lash primer could help, but I don't like the result it give that much to bother. I'd better off with Too faced lash injection.

  • MAC Studio Finish SPF 35 Concealer
    10.0

MAC Studio Finish SPF 35 Concealer

I've tried all, and always come back to Studio Finish.

So I've tried everything concealers that are said to give ultimate coverage. Among them are dermablend cover creme, cinema secrets ultimate foundation/concealer, kevyn aucoin skin sensual enhancer. But I've always come back to Mac. Studio finish doesn't have less coverage than any of the concealer above, which are powerful enough to cover tattoo and all. I found that the thick cream texture of Mac studio finish is the best to cover spots, and undereye too, if you don't have a lot of wrinkles or too dry skin around your eyes. The range of shade are awsome. One little spot last me a relly long time. I've had my pot for more than 9 months, and I use it almost everyday, but there's still a half left. Mac studio finish is the best choice for it price, or even twice its price. I'll stick with it forever.

  • Clarins Beauty Flash Balm

I don't see what the big deal about this. I does brighten my face and give it a nice glow. But all of that just disappear under my foundation. And it feel greasy, doesn't help makeup stay any longer. I think this product is for people with good skin and want a more awake, healthy look after a sleepless night. If you have more problems like pore, fine lines, oil.... I don't think it can help much. And the price, to me, is pretty steep.

  • Clinique Moisture Surge Extended Thirst Relief

I got this free from a cosmetic settlement,so I won't complain about the price, but would I pay another forty something bucks for one ounce of moisturizer? Definitely not! I first used it as a moisturizer and found that it didn't moisturize really well. I used a lot of it each time that I went through the jar in over a month and still, my skin was not moisturized enough. But I can see people with oily skin or leave in a humid weather may love it. I then used it as a hydrator over another moisturizer and it work really great. I feel like it seal in the moisturizer beneath and keep skin hydrated all day. It also makes a good primer under makeup. If not for the price, I'll definitely repurchase.
