I'm not surprised Allure gave it a Best of Beauty Award. It's easy to apply (doesn't pull on the lid) and it stays on, even inside the lid. I always have at least one back up. I've used a ton of eyeliners over the years but I like this one the best. This is one of the few beauty products I'm not looking for a better version of.

No More Itching...Almost
I had a period of time where I was breaking out in hives constantly. This lotion really did soothe the crazy itching on my body. It didn't make it completely stop, but it definitely did help.

My hair is naturally black, but had faded to a dark brown after being in the sun all summer. I bought this to try to get my black color back and my hair got...lighter. Not cool!

Does The Job
When I first tried this product, I loved it. Then I tried Too Faced Shadow Insurance, and liked that a lot better. The primer potion is good and is certainly better than going without a primer, but I'd like it better if it was a little creamier. Also, you really don't get much product for the price. Some people goes as far as to cut the bottom off because there is product there that the wand can't get to, but I feel like you shouldn't have to do that. Yes, it's unique packaging but it's not practical. That being said I recently tried a sample of the colored primer in Sin, and I liked it. It seemed creamier than the original I had, so I don't know if that has to do with a change in formula or the sample (sometimes samples are different than full-sized products). If you're a fan of MAC's Naked Lunch eyeshadow, you'll love this primer because it is almost the exact shade of Naked Lunch, and makes the shadow more intense.

One of My Faves
On the days I don't feel like putting on much makeup, I reach for this. It gives a good amount of coverage for a tinted moisturizer. I've found that other tinted moisturizers don't really moisturize, but this one definitely does. My skin is really soft after I use it. Yeah, it's pricey, but I think it's worth it.

I absolutely loved what this did to my hair! It made my layers stand out more, added a little shine, and smells incredible. The only thing I didn't care for was how sticky my hands felt after I applied it, but I think that's just the nature of this kind of product. But hey, that small inconvenience is well worth it for a product that gives great results.

A Must for Soft Curls
Love the texture and smell of this product. I used it on a "curly day" and it worked wonders. It made my curls soft and touchable, not crunchy, like so many of the mousses out there. The smell is mild and it really does look like whipped cream (surprise, surprise). I also like the look of the bottle--I don't care for the brightly colored, splashy ones. They just look cheap to me (probably because they usually are!). But this one is definitely a keeper.

Just Not My Style
This review is a little tough for me, because I don't know much about perfume. Also, I find it to be more of a subjective thing than say a mascara that promises to lengthen or a moisturizer that claims to brighten dull skin. But I'll get to it... Did I like this perfume? Yes. Love it? No. It has a nice kind of woodsy scent (is that a thing?), but that's not what I prefer to wear. It wasn't overpowering, which I think is important in any perfume. I can see why Yves St. Laurent would relate it to sensuality, but can't quite vouch for smelling like a "Parsienne", since I've only been to the airport in Paris and it smelled nothing like this :) The look of the full sized bottle is not appealing to me, but that's something I'd overlook if I really liked the scent. The perfume stayed on for most of the day, so I didn't notice any problems with length of wear.

A Solid Mascara
I tried Givenchy Phenomeneyes (or however you spell it!) when it first came out and didn't like it, so I was skeptical when I saw this brush. But I actually liked it a lot better this time--maybe it's because the brush is flexible, unlike the Givenchy one. or maybe it's the formula. It says it "lengthens. thickens, and separates...for a fanned out lash look" and I agree with the lengthening, which it does a very good job of. I didn't notice any thickening effect and it did clump a little, but even so, I can see where they got the "fanned out lash look". I've been wearing it for a few days, and it does last pretty long. By the end of the day, I did see tiny flakes, but no smudging. I think it's a good value for the price, and although it won't replace my beloved Diorshow, I think it's a solid mascara.
