I haven't tried enough lip plumper to say what works best but I did try one from e.l.f. and that was decent, I liked the tingly sensation it provided but it didn't do much in terms of making my lips look fuller or anything.

I love Borghese lip plumper!

I have used Maxolip and I got great result.
