Does anyone else here use MyFitnessPal? I really like how easy it is to use to track my physical activity and also to count calories. The database of foods is HUGE. I've lost about 8 pounds so far. Feel free to friend me!

I love MyFitnessPal. I haven't actually lost any weight, but it helps me track my calorie intake. I love how even offline it is so useful and full of foods, workouts, etc. Very, very good app.

I LOVE MFP! I lost almost 20 pounds with it. It's great because it really gives you a good picture of how many calories you're putting in your body. It's surprising how quickly things add up. I don't use it daily anymore, but I keep it on my phone so I can look things up if I need to.

Yes! I used to be terrible at keeping track of calories & exercise, but having the MyFitnessPal app on my phone has changed everything for me!! I've lost about 15 pounds (using the app on and off for a little over a year now) and I feel great! There are definitely lots of foods on there which makes it easier to track calories--even most of my gluten free products are already available for logging, I love it.

I have bumped into this app several times, but I just haven't been able to bring myself to making a purchase. I saw this little tidbit on here and thought I would come and see what everyone has to say about the thing. It would seem that I don't know what I am missing out on. I am glad I found this post. I intend to take my health, diet, and weight loss efforts to a whole new level this year. I had considered a program like MyFitnessPal would be useful, but I am afraid to spend money because I have blown plenty of cash on useless programs.

I've started using MyFitnessPal, and I think it's great to track my calories as opposed to doing mental math. Do you also use some kind of device to track the calories you burned? I use the app to track my fitness, but I don't know how much I should wholely trust the app, lol. How fast did it take you to lose 8 lbs?
