Healthy Snacks

It's not quite lunch or dinner time, but you are hungry and carving something to eat? What should you grab to eat as a light, healthy snack?

Are granola bars the only options for healthy snacks, I suppose there are also baked chips that are supposedly more healthy.

Any other good snacks you enjoy and can share with the community so we can all enjoy them too?

Re: Healthy Snacks

I found an AMAZING protein shake recipe on DashingDish that I modified to have even fewer calories. My version has fewer than 150 calories, but it makes a big huge shake that actually tastes good (like a milkshake). http://www.lipglossandspandex.com/1/post/2012/07/cake-batter-protein-shake-dashing-dish-variation.html

Re: Healthy Snacks

Trader Joe's individual packs of kettle corn, just 110 calories. 2 g of protein and 2 g of fiber. Collagen Sport in cold tea or coffee...123 calories, 30 g protein..plus the collagen is great for beauty.

Re: Healthy Snacks

Homemade potato chips and fresh fruit juice or fruit shake is enough for me.

Fresh orange juice and a half bowl grained chips will do. :)
