Before using any product you should try home remedies :

Apply sour lemon cream on the face. Usually do not rinse this mask off completely; gently wipe with a soft tissue and top up using a moisturizer.

Best Moisturizing Facial Mask
Ingredients :
• Homemade vaseline ....................... 1 Tablespoon
• Heavy cream .................................. 1 Tablespoon
• Cottage cheese ............................. 1 Teaspoon
• Honey ............................................ 1 Teaspoon
• Oatmeal ......................................... 1 Teaspoon
- Mix all ingredients in blender
- Smooth onto face
- Let sit 10 mins
- Rinse with domestic hot water

An aspirin mask is a great face brightener!  Crush a few uncoated aspirin (can use a baggie and a rolling pin).  Mix with water and apply to face for five minutes.  Rinse and be amazed!

The Body Shop Vitamin C Skin Boost is a good one too. 

I like Boscia Revitalizing Black Hydration Gel. 

OR, one product I love prior to using my moisturizer is Ole Henriksen Truth Serum. It promotes brightness while the vitamin C helps prevent and reverses signs of aging. 

Am using Kiehl's powerful stregth line-reducing concentrate at the moment and am quite happy with the result. I am a type of person whom taking really good care of my skin but i can never get rid of acne and sometimes due to staying up late my skin look so tired and dull. Anytime like that i use products which contain vitamin C and Kiehl's is one of them. You can try yourself because we have different skin type.

Clinique make a great tinted moisturizer.  It really makes your skin glow under foundation.

Also, Stila makes a great tinted moisturizer.  I like both, and they come in different shades.

You can also wear them alone without foundation.

Another brightening product over moisturizer (like Bliss Oxygenated Moisturizer) is L'Oreal Studio Secrets Anti Dull Skin Primer.  I find this gives a glow to foundation, and can be worn alone.
