how to reduce arthritis pain?

1. Investigate all-natural anti-inflammatories. Cinnamon, turmeric root extract extract and red pepper cayenne are all excellent all-natural anti-inflammatories that have been successful in numerous studies. You can buy the powder variations of these herbs in medications at most drug shops or you can simply use them daily in your cooking.

2. Take Omega-3 fats. Recent reports have shown Omega-3 fats to be successful in reducing the inflammation and pain of osteoarthritis. Omega-3 fats are found in such things as nuts, fish and flax seeds and can also be purchased in pill form at most drug shops.

3. Exercise frequently. Exercising increases circulation to your joints and also produces hormones, all-natural pain relievers, into your system. Soothing extending and light weight lifting exercises are best for osteoarthritis.
