I would try Coverfx. You can get color matched at Sephora.  I have scar on my face & dark under eye circled from an illnes. Coverfx completely conceals them and doesn't feel too heavy or cakey.

My favorite is Almay Line Smoothing Concealer. You can find it at any drugstore for around $8. It covers up dark circles easily and brightens the area as well. I've tried expensive ones, too. Benefiy Erase Paste, benefit Boi~ing, and a few others. To me, Almay is the best!

I like MAC Studio Finish concealer and Kat Von D Tattoo concealer. 

The very best is by Yves St Laurent.  It has a built in brush and lasts a while.  When I can afford it, I buy it.  It is pricey - I think like $40, but boy, does it ever work.  No creases etc.  Really covers up and lasts.
