ok, so you are trying REAL hard to have a healthy diet and not eat junk food.. I have currently lost a stone (woop-woop!! ) but you know those days that are going really crappy and everything is going wrong..we all need a little comfort food! Which is the lesser of two evils, chocolate or pastry delights like danish pastries or apple turnovers?! I have a weakness for peacan croissants, but..but this be as "fatty" as say a bar of chocolate?
Does anyone maybe know the facts behind this?
