Body Scrub
I like to mix a little oil with brown sugar for a great body scrub. I'm sure you can use salt or white sugar for less harsh scrubs.

What a great idea. You could also add a few drops of essential oil for a nice aroma.

I use olive oil and sea salt. But you have to be very careful in the shower because it makes the tub very slippery!
