I highly recommend Philosophy's Micro Dermabrasion kit.  It removes the dead skin.  Also you could use Philosopy's Daily  Facial Cleanser with exfolient.  Also use a good moisturizer, like Kiehl's moisturizer.  This will really soften your face.
