is there anyway to prevent your eyes from watering when applying makeup to the innercorner of your eyes??? my eyes would look flawless if i could just master the right process of placing a lose powder on my inner corner...seems like when i place it on, my eyes tear up and runin my eye makeup all together...is there anyway i could work around this???
