I think the best thing to do is to see a dermatologist, if you haven't already.  That doctor would probably be able to help.

Hi there, I have chicken skin as well! I controlled it, but it is impossible to cure. I would suggest to buy the 30-minute manicure (it works trust me.) as a scrub on your arms, then apply a good lotion like curel. You MUST keep up with this or else it will start to come back up.
