you should start by introducing yourself and discussing your goals.  is it about styling options?  do you want healthy hair, or do you want growth?

then keep up weekly or monthly depending on what works or doesnt for you.

keep it simple and clear.  always mention the products that are useful or the ones that are crap.

i tend to avoid how-tos with too much music and videos that are way too long.
