what acne cleanser would u recommend for a person with small pimples?
I dont usually dont get pimples but when i do there small and sometimes red and i hate how they look when i apply foundation on top. Does anybody know a good acne cleanser that would get rid of small pimples? thank you.

I would try one with salicylic acid to exfoliate your skin and kill bacteria. Dermalogica's acne line is good, but almost any cleanser with salicylic acid as an active ingredient will do the trick. Good luck!

I've tried Neutrogena Oil-Free Acne Wash Cream Cleanser and it cleans the face without overdrying it. It also contains Salicylic Acid to target acne.
