eyeshadows should be basic like browns and coppers and because you have green eyes, you can use light green shades also to enhance the color. for lips, a clear gloss and a pink is always flattering

Your skin, eyes and hair type remind me of Megan Fox.  She usually does like a heavy liquid type eyeliner and a bold lip (whether it be nude or red). I think those shades would work on you depending on the time of year.  And since you have a nice glow in the summer, you won't need to use any brozer :)
