I'd be really careful messing around with your hair color any more. If you've already dyed and bleached it then I would definitely head to a salon and see a professional before trying anything else. If your hair gets too damaged it could start falling out, seriously!

If your hair is orange, a blue based toner will take out the orange. Just make sure to not leave it on the whole 30 min or it may take a blueish cast. Every few min just rub a little off and check it until it is your desired shade. Orange cast= blue toner, red cast= green toner, yellow cast= violet toner.
