There are many products that you can use in order to clear up your skin.
I certainly have those little annoying bumps on my face too and they drive me crazy.
You need to first focus on a skin care regimen and there's a lot of inexpensive natural ways that you can begin doing that. I'd suggest buying some Aloe Vera and use that as a moisturizer while also using 100% pure Argan Oil (super cheap) for your acne and bumps.
When covering those unsightly bumps, you need to have a proper foundation that matches your skin color and concealer than you can dab onto those little bumps to hide the redness. Applying those products is key, also -- be sure to watch tutorial video's on how to apply foundation and concealer to better understand.
It's all about technique, dear. :)
Just remember to wash your face every day, don't sleep with your makeup on and find a skin care regimen that works for you!
Hope this helps!!
