My way to lose weight

I believe that dieting is effective only when it is thought-out. It’s hard to say what people are thinking about, when they are trying to exhaust the body, depriving it from nutrients and vitamins… Perhaps, about a great body and a flat belly. Well, the latter aspect is the hardest, as having a flat belly is sooner a dream than a reality.

As this is my dream too, I’ve been looking for the plan that is both easy and effective. She’s sly, you may say. But no, I am realistic and resourceful. I knew there is the way out, all I had to do was to find it and, viola, I succeeded!

The diet is pretty simple and excludes the intake of suppressants like Adipex or any others. You should eat monounsaturated fatty acids to eliminate belly fat and manage to promote fullness and satiety. Monounsaturated fatty acids are found in dark chocolate, avocados, nuts, olives, seeds, flax, soybean. You’re not allowed to consume cabbage, onions, salt and legumes, sugar alcohols, tea, coffee and carbonated drinks.

The plan covers 4 weeks, during which you should consume 400 calorie meals that contain monounsaturated fatty acids every 4 hours. Well, I am about to choose this healthy diet, as I want to look great in my swimsuit. Vacation is soon and I want to have a perfect body to have all eyes on me.
