My new diet plan

I am now in a hurry to share the new diet plan I’ve just heard of. It is just perfect for everyone! How do I know? That’s easy… Everyone likes tasty drinks, and the more the better. What if you were told they can be tasty, healthy and beneficial for weight loss? To tell the truth, when I heard that for the first time, I thought it was a joke, but when my friend made fresh smoothies the core of her diet plan and benefited from the results, I realized This is it. Finally! The way out for those, who are tired of exhausting diets, and always lack something really tasty in their daily rations.

Homemade smoothies are as effective as shakes that replace meals. Besides, you can add minerals, vitamins and fiber instead of taking appetite suppressants and supplements like Phentermine 37.5, for example. 


My friend blended fruit smoothies from grapes, bananas, strawberries, cherries, watermelons, apples and grapefruit. This was her ration for breakfast. Whereas for lunch she chose vegetable drinks. The main ingredients were broccoli, carrots, cucumbers, spinach and lettuce.

The greatest thing is that there are no limits in the amount of drinks or ingredients. In fact, you can create your own recipes for every day. Drink what you like and lose the pounds you have! Isn’t that great? I’m about to try that? Are you with me?
