E.l.f. Must haves

You may have heard of the brand e.l.f. before.. or maybe you haven't.. either way it's an incredibly affordable drugstore brand that I went crazy over not too long ago. Reason being, their products are so incredibly inexpensive and I wanted to find out if they were any good. I made multiple trips to Target, filling my basket with lots of e.l.f. goodies, testing them out, and then either donating them to the trash can or incorporating them into my makeup collection. I'm not going to lie, they have a lot of fails, but what can you expect when their prices range from $1-$6 on the majority of their items. You get what you pay for I suppose.

On that note, I did discover some amazing finds! The picture below shows my favorite e.l.f. products.
1.) High Definition Powder ($6) I use the sheer color, which is just a whitish, clear color. LOVE LOVE LOVE LOVE! I have repurchased this multiple times. I apply it over my foundation and it really sets it in place and blends everything beautifully. 
2.) Shimmering Facial Whip ($1) I use Lilac Petal. This makes a great highlighter! Comparative to Benefit High Beam. I prefer this because it's more convenient and not runny liquid like high beam.
3.) Mechanical Eyelash Curler ($1) Honestly, best eyeshadow curler I've ever used, and you can't beat the price!
4.) Essential Eye Shadow Brush ($1) Just a great, simple eye shadow brush. Great for packing on your shadows.
5.) Essential Defining Eye Brush ($1) My go to brush for a smokey eye look. Fits perfectly into the outer V area and just enough softness to keep that shadow in control.
6.) Makeup Remover Cleansing Cloths ($3) These are perfect! My favorite thing about these is that they don't smell terrible like most inexpensive makeup remover cloths do. LOVE! 

Well that does it for my current faves from eyes lips face. I'll be posting another blog soon featuring the products that made their way into the trash can. Ugh, a waste of money is a waste of money.. Even if it's only a couple of dollars.
