I just moved this weekend!!!!

I JUST moved this weekend. My poor body is attacking me left and right. I'm sore from lifting boxes, climbing up and down stairs. I try to drink enough water, but I feel as if I'm breaking out. I'm exhausted, and can't get NEARLY enough sleep, and find myself dozing while working. Help I need tricks. To perk up my face, and my body.

My hands are THRASHED from the cardboard boxes. My nails look like they are 2 weeks ovedue a refiwl

Epsom salts (full of Magnesium, a natural relaxant) added to bathwater will help to soothe sore muscles. Stress can cause breakouts; if they are severe, you may need to try "Proactiv's" treatment system to get your skin back to the way it was. It's very hard to get REM sleep when you're moving, so try to take 10- to 15-minute "power naps" during your breaks at work or lunch hour. For scourged hands and nails, slather on "Sally Hansen's Cuticle Cream" containing rich apricot oil. Follow with a layer of moisturizers--perhaps "Palmer' Cocoa Butter" and then "Neutrogena's Norwegian Hand Cream." Inexpensive cotton gloves (attractive, I realize) will seal in the products as you sleep. Keep downing water (the ideal is to drink half of your body weight in ounces) and you'll be renewed when life returns to normal. Hope you enjoy your new home!
