How I lost 10 pounds in 5 days

Greetings to everybody, who same like me is losing weight desperately. Well, honestly, you know it's a stress for your organism to lose that much in a short term, like 5 days, but ok, we all have occasions when we simply have no right to look other way than gorgeous. For me this occasion was my approaching birthday and I wanted so badly to wear that stunning fitted low back rufflewaist dress. I was going to throw a big party and that guy, who gives me goose bumps every time I look at him, was invited... So, that's what I did.
I was drinking 2 l of water daily during these 5 days, did cardio workouts and long walks before bedtime plus, of course, an express diet that I'm going to share here with you. Here it goes... Breakfast: 1 boiled egg and a cup of coffee/tea without sugar.Second breakfast: 100 g of cottage cheese with a glass of vegetable juice.Lunch: 150 g of boiled low-fat fish or lean meat with vegetable salad, with apple vinegar or lemon juice dressing without oil; 1 orange or 150 g of cherries or strawberries.Dinner: a cup of herbal tea without sugar. 
Well, for me it worked, guys. The dress fit perfectly and, wow, I had the most romantic date in my life ever!
