How I lost 10 pounds in 5 days
I was drinking 2 l of water daily during these 5 days, did cardio workouts and long walks before bedtime plus, of course, an express diet that I'm going to share here with you. Here it goes... Breakfast: 1 boiled egg and a cup of coffee/tea without sugar.Second breakfast: 100 g of cottage cheese with a glass of vegetable juice.Lunch: 150 g of boiled low-fat fish or lean meat with vegetable salad, with apple vinegar or lemon juice dressing without oil; 1 orange or 150 g of cherries or strawberries.Dinner: a cup of herbal tea without sugar.
Well, for me it worked, guys. The dress fit perfectly and, wow, I had the most romantic date in my life ever!
