Tips on getting a good night's rest
- Take a hot shower before going to bed
- Listen to calming, relaxing music such as Graham Ord's "Waiting" CD (acoustic)
- Noisy roommates? Earplugs.
- Roommates keeping the hall light on? Cover your eyes with an eye cover - they work!
- Investigate all natural herbal solutions such as kava kava and chamomile tea - always always always study the side effects before you use any supplements
- Don't forget to close the blinds or curtains so the sun doesn't wake you up earlier than you wanted.
