Acne and diet
I personally find that my diet very much affects my adult acne in spite of several published studies that state it doesn't matter what you eat. For me, it is chocolate. I have to limit my chocolate intake severely, and sometimes that doesn't even help me. Adult acne has interrupted my beauty for decades now so this matters to me. It appears to me that my eating and digestion have everything to do with acne. Does anyone have any thoughts on this subject? Thanks in advance!
I really appreciate all the acne advice I have read on the Message Boards. I probably should try proactiv but haven't yet. But this particular blog entry is about food intake and acne, not so much treatment or makeup coverage.
