What factors cause wrinkles? Home Remedies for Wrinkles

Wrinkles result from a complex combination of factors. Natural aging and the sun plays a major role in this process.
They are mainly formed in the first place on the face, neck and décolleté. These regions exhibit a skin both fragile and particularly exposed to ultraviolet light.
Wrinkles result from the combination of internal and external aging.
Internal factors of skin aging:
.Cellular aging natural, genetically determined: Over the years, the mechanisms of maintenance of the skin alter. The rate of cell renewal slows down the activity of the sebaceous glands and sweat drops, the dermis loses its elasticity, the skin is less tense, wrinkles deepen. The starting age this process is genetically determined. External factors such as sun, stress and smoking contribute to its precocity and speed.
.Oxidative stress: Our cells are constantly beset by oxidative stress from free radicals, molecules from the metabolism of oxygen and nitrogen. This is natural, but when the production of free radicals exceeds the capacity of defense of the body, our cells undergo a “stress” which promotes premature aging. The resilience of cells is genetically determined. It can however be improved by a diet rich in antioxidant compounds.
. Hormonal aging: the decline in estrogen secretion observed over time (especially after menopause) is associated with a decrease in the production of collagen and elastin, substances essential for skin elasticity .
External factors of skin aging:
External factors of skin aging:                                                                                 The Sun: The harmful effects of overexposure are recognized today: ultraviolet slowing the production of elastin in the dermis and weaken the skin cells.
Tobacco: Toxic chemicals in cigarettes affect the vascular system for irrigation of skin tissue. They also degrade certain components of the dermis, including hyaluronic acid.
Air pollution: It accelerates skin aging by reducing the immune system.
Stress: It increases the production of free radicals responsible for premature aging of cells.
Lack of hydration: the skin dehydration is a major factor in the appearance of wrinkles. More skin is dehydrated, more wrinkles are marked.
Lack of sleep: There accelerate skin aging as well as stress.        TREATMENT FOR WRINKLES .                                                                                    1.Egg white is the best home remedy for wrinkle cure .Apply egg white on your skin for 30 minutes to treat wrinkles and sagged skin .Do not laugh or talk when this pack is on your face to reduce fine lines, and laugh lines as well .Eggs will tighten your skin instantly.
