HLNB Fall Challenge II - Day 4

October 4th Day 4:
Exercise: 
Yesterday I walked 2 miles.









Food:
I ate some oatmeal with strawberries, a cucumber and tomato sandwich, some black beans with rice and vegetables.  I also drank 100% fruit juices with all three meals and drank 8 oz of fruit smoothies. I also ate three dark chocolate Hershey's kisses.  Dark chocolate is good for your heart in small amounts.
