HLNB Fall Challenge II - Day 1
October 1st Day 1:
Yesterday I walked 2 miles. Hope you are still getting in your exercises, even with any weather changes!

I ate some oatmeal with strawberries, a cheese and tomato sandwich, some pasta with homemade pasta sauce made with tomatoes, onions, garlic, basil, a Jalapeno pepper, some roasted peppers and some clam juice. I also drank 100% fruit juices with all three meals and drank an 8 oz fruit smoothie.
Bristol Palin and Mark Ballas danced the quick step last night on Dancing With The Stars!
