HLNB Fall Challenge I - Day 17

September 17th Day 17:
Exercise: 
Yesterday I rode my bike 3.5 miles and walked 3 miles.

Food:
I ate some oatmeal with strawberries, an egg white sandwich, some pasta and a salad.  I also drank 100% fruit juices with all three meals.
