August 31st Day 31: Exercise:
Yesterdaywas our official Intermission day from the Challenges
since they are "30 Day" challenges. However, if you did still do
exercise and eat right that's always a great bonus for you! I
officially worked on my garden and yard yesterday. I mowed the front
and part of the back yard with the manual very low noise, no gasoline,
no electricity mower. It was a good workout.
Food:
I ate some raisin cinnamon toast, drank 100% fruit juices with 2 meals.
I had a bad day with food as we went to the drive-in to watch movies
and of course I had to have major junk food like a pretzel, cheese fries
and fried chicken. It tasted good, but I know it's not good food to be
consuming. We saw the Bourne Legacy which was fun and the night was
warm, and we saw the blue moon. It was a fun evening!

This is one of my personal healthy living goals. One day when I look
back, I hope to see improvements on my activities and on my eating
