This week I'm adding another video from the web show "Reluctantly
Healthy" with host Judy Greer. In this video Judy's co-host is Aida
Mollenkamp (I've seen her on Food Network). They are showing us a
healthy alternative to chips and croutons. Chickpeas are a good low
fat, source of protein and folic acid. I'll be trying this one out. I
think it will be great on salads. There are also come fun out takes at
the end of the video that are always fun to watch!
