  For those who like making green smoothies or who juice on a regular basis, here is one of the recipes from Join the Reboot


6 Kale leaves
1 Cucumber
4 Celery stalks
2 Green apples
1/2 Lemon
1 Piece of ginger

Blend in your juicer or high power blender. Then enjoy!

    It's an easy recipe to make and could be one of your staple drinks.  The best part about juicing and making smoothies is that you can pretty much create your own drinks.  Use vegetables and fruits you personally enjoy.  That is part of what makes it fun.  You don't have to use the same recipe over and over.  There are so many out there and if you are using the freshest ingredients possible, you can't go wrong.  What have you got to lose?

I've used these ingredients together and with other fruits and veggies, these are Fantastic for juicing, hot tea and ninja blending smoothies mixed with a good protein shake and also makes a good veggie soup for detoxifying your body.
