The packaging is simple and understated--I appreciate that the tube is slim and sleek, and that the brush is nice and big. I found it very easy to apply, as the formula didn't clump on me at all, even when I applied several layers of the product. The color is very black. The overall effect is very natural--it adds a little definition to your lashes, but no matter how much I tried to get more length or volume, it just wasn't happening. It's still a really really amazing mascara though, and I would definitely recommend it if you're looking for a trusty everyday basic mascara.The length of wear is good--it goes all day without smudging or flaking. I didn't experience any irritation at all, even when I wore it to the gym.
