Trending: Swim Cover Up Turned Dress

   Inspired by a never-worn Target swimsuit cover up that has been sitting in my closet for the past few months, I decided to play around with options on how to turn it from drab to fab. One thing I learned from school this past year about accessorizing can be summed up into one word: belts. I realized that no matter how boxy or plain a dress, or outfit in general, is you can always make it good as new with a simple solid or textured thin belt. Turns out this also worked for my lovely swimsuit cover up and I wore my new outfit around all day! Spotted: Belle's Couture trending in Rockford.
