Best Shade of Eyeliner
The most flattering color of eyeliner, according to Bobbi Brown, is espresso. Not a light brown, but a darker brown. It is not as harsh as black. It makes both brown and blue-green eyes look more vibrant. Mascara, though should always be black. Even on a makeup virgin, one coat of black mascara looks really natural.
