I researched that it is important to eat citrus fruits regularly because citrus fruits hold your skin cells together by forming collagen.

Also, I found out that sweet potatoes contain lots of vitamin A, a remarkable anti aging and anti wrinkling vitamin.

Finally, one should eat lots of tomatoes because they are rich in vitamin A, vitamin C and potassium, all of which lead to beautiful, healthy skin.
