Curling Your Hair and Dandruff

I have found that one should not try to curl freshly cleaned hair.  Try to shampoo the night before.  Squeaky clean hair can sometimes give you difficulty in holding a curl.

Also, if you have dandruff, pour apple cider vinegar into wet hair.  Let it dry for a little while, then shampoo it out and condition.  Repeat daily until dandruff disappears.  And it will disappear.

For dandruff, rub coconut oil into your scalp, it works very effectively and quickly for dandruff. It is also fantastic for hair too. Rinse with warm water for a good few minutes before shampooing and conditioning as normal. You might want to use a clarifying shampoo depending how much you saturated your hair with the oil.
