HLNB Spring Challenge 3 - Day 7
May 7th Day 7: Yesterday I did the Sculpt Like a Rock Star exercises while watching "Dancing With the Stars" with the following results:
Side Slimmers (3 lb weights 20 reps)
Bicycle Crunches (20 reps)
Butterfly Twists (20 reps)
Sitting Pretty (3 lb weights 20 reps)
Arm Flab Fighters (3 lb weights 20 reps)
Super Shoulder Press (3 lb weights 20 reps)
Skater Lunges (20 reps)
Step It Up (10 reps)
Reshaping Reach (3 lb weights 20 reps)
I ate some raisin cinnamon toast, a salad, some eggplant Parmesan without cheese, drank 100% fruit juices with all three meals and drank 8 oz of green smoothies.
William and Cheryl danced with Tony for the trio dance and it was great! They received the highest scores last night.
Maria and Derek danced a Bollywood style dance to a samba for their trio dance. Len wasn't as pleased as the other judges, but it sure looked great!
Melissa got to dance with Val and Maks for her trio dance. She performed her best dance so far in the competition and her scores were high for this dance. Everyone had great performances last night. It's going to be hard to see anyone leave tonight. I can't even imagine which two couples will be eliminated.
