HLNB Spring Challenge 2 - Day 26
April 26th Day 26: Yesterday I walked for 1 mile and rode my bike for another 3.5 miles. The weather was still nice. I also watched "Grey's Anatomy" last night while I did the following exercises:
Reverse Leg Kicks 12 reps 3 sets
Inner Thigh Kicks 12 reps 3 sets
Outer Thigh Kicks 12 reps 3 sets
I ate some cereal with Agave Nectar, a salad, a tuna sandwich. I also drank 100% fruit juices and 8 oz of green smoothies.
It's off to the oral boards in San Francisco. After 8 years of residency how will everyone do?
