HLNB Spring Challenge 2 - Day 16
April 16th Day 16: Yesterday I walked 1 mile and did the following exercises while watching "Dancing With The Stars" with the following results:
Side Bends 12 reps 3 sets
Bicep Curls 12 reps 3 sets
Triceps Press 12 reps 3 sets
I ate some oatmeal with strawberries, a salad, some lentils with a side of veggies. I had some pinto beans with pico and a tortilla. I also drank 100% fruit juices with all three meals and drank a 16 oz smoothie made with tropical fruit and orange juice.
Cheryl and William danced a sexy Argentine Tango last night. I think my favorite dance is now the Argentine Tango!
Maria and Derek danced another great dance. Oh yeah they kissed for sure last night! Carrie Ann was wrong, we wanted to see that kiss!
Melissa and Maks came back strong after Melissa's concussion last week. They looked great!
