HLNB Spring Challenge 2 - Day 12
April 12th Day 12: Yesterday I did the following exercises while watching "Grey's Anatomy" with the following results:
Side Bends 12 reps 3 sets
Bicep Curls 12 reps 3 sets
Bicycle Kicks 12 reps 3 sets
Triceps Press 12 reps 3 sets
I ate some raisin cinnamon toast, some pasta with homemade sauce that had tomatoes, onions and peppers in the sauce, I also ate some homemade mini pizzas we made from Pillsbury Grands Rolls. We made them with some tomato sauce, added fresh vegetables and some cheese. They were quick and easy to make and tasted great. I also drank 100% juice with all three meals. I had some more small, dark chocolate eggs for treats today.
You can add whatever topping you like to a homemade pizza. If you like meat but are watching calories, use some of the vegetarian substitutes like the soy bacon. They taste like meat, but are much healthier and lower in fat calories.
On Grey's Anatomy, Cristina realizes Owen had an affair to hurt her back so she tells him to leave.
Teddy needed a girls night out and the other ladies had other ideas. When they realize how much Teddy needed them, they decided to have the girls night out to help their friend in need.
