Permanently Staining Hair Color!

It was the weekend before Halloween and I decided to color my hair this cool unnatural hair color that was supposed to last about two weeks. Buyer beware in this case. My hair color, Jerome Russell The Original Semi-Permanent Conditioning Hair Colour in Turquoise, would not leave my hair. I waited the two weeks and it did fade some, it even looked better as it faded for a while, but it just would not leave. I tried blonding shampoo and all that did was make the color paler with some blonde high-lights (I had dyed it light blonde before adding the Turquoise as per the instructions). Since I am a full time college student without a job I did not have any good reason to try anything else for a while. A couple of months later I did go to a salon because I had roots growing in. It took the salon 3 hours to get the turquoise out of my hair!

If you do want to use this product I would recommend not dyeing your hair blonde before applying Jerome Russell Hair Colour. The color does look great and it smells good just do not pre-blonde your hair unless you want your Jerome Russell color to be your new permanent hair color. If you are looking to have your hair be permanently an unnatural color this is a much better product than Manic Panic as the colors come out closer to what they are supposed to and it does not stain your skin and bathroom like Manic Panic can. Also this is a conditioning hair color so it doesn't damage your hair as much as other hair color products.
