HLNB HealthyLivingChallenge II - Day 16
February 16th Day 16: Yesterday I did a 20 minute Cardio Pilates workout. I also did a few exercises while watching "Grey's Anatomy" with the following stats:
Inner Thigh Kicks 12 reps 3 sets
Outer Thigh Kicks 12 reps 3 sets
Side Bends 12 reps 3 sets
I ate some raisins, a salad, some homemade salsa, drank 8 oz of green smoothie and drank 100% fruit juices with all three meals.
Derek's sister is in town with a special request.
Mark and Avery perform a surgery that Bailey is strongly opposed to them doing.
