HLNB Healthy Living Challenge - Day 25
January 25th Day 25: Yesterday I exercised while watching "Revenge" with the following stats:
Inner Thigh Kicks 12 reps 3 sets
Outer Thigh Kicks 12 reps 3 sets
Side Bends 12 reps 3 sets
Waist Twists 12 reps 3 sets
Tummy Vacuum 10 sets 3 reps
Bicycle Kicks 12 sets 3 reps
I ate some strawberries, two servings of salad, some eggplant, roasted yellow squash and zucchini. I also drank 100% fruit juices with 2 meals, water with lunch and 8 oz of green smoothie.
Last night was a repeat episode, but I hadn't seen it yet. In the episode Charade we find out how Emily and Amanda met and that they switched identities. Emily might be falling in love with Daniel and not just as part of her plot for revenge.
Victoria must pretend to be happy on her 25th anniversary because of the press coverage.
