HLNB Healthy Living Challenge - Day 15
January 15th Day 15: Yesterday I went hiking for 2 miles. I also worked out while watching "Pan Am" with the following stats:
Biceps Curls with 3 lbs 12 reps 5 sets
Triceps Press 3 lbs 12 reps 5 sets
Inner Thigh Kicks 12 reps 3 sets
Outer Thigh Kicks 12 reps 3 sets
Reverse Leg Kicks 12 reps 3 sets
I ate some vegetables with lunch and dinner. I also drank 16 oz of green smoothies throughout the day and I drank 100% fruit juices with all three meals.
Ted thinks he's found The One as he proposes to Amanda.
Maggie thinks she may have lost her new love because of her strong opinions.
Collette tells Dean she's not ready to give up on him even though Bridget has returned. But how long will they last?
