HLNB Exercise & Core Strength Challenge II - Day 12
December 12th Day 12: Yesterday I worked on arm and leg exercises while watching "The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" with the following stats:
Biceps Curls with 3 lbs 12 reps 5 sets
Triceps Press 3 lbs 12 reps 5 sets
Standing V Raise 3 lbs 12 reps 5 sets
Triceps Extensions 3 lbs 12 reps 5 sets
Inner Thigh Kicks 12 reps 5 sets
Outer Thigh Kicks 12 reps 5 sets
Reverse Leg Kicks 12 reps 5 set
I ate some raspberries, strawberries, pico de gallo, an avocado ate a salad and drank 100 % fruit juices with all 3 meals. Note I am eating other foods, I 'm just tracking fruits, vegetables and fiber for this challenge.
Lisa's daughter Pandora had her bachelorette party in Las Vegas and Lisa had so much fun at Chippendales! All the ladies had a great night, with lots of fun.
Adrienne showed some of the other housewives a great time at her casino The Palms in Las Vegas that weekend.
Adrienne's suite had it's own bowling alley for the ladies. The Palms looks like a great place to stay if you are in Las Vegas!
